We went to a local U-pick farm and picked our own peaches. Only to learn that we had to pick 10 lbs minimum... which of course meant we had peaches for dinner, made peach cobbler, and gave peaches to friends.
We went to the Amish store and ate their yummy fresh pretzels! It's one of the girl's and my favorite treats.
On Saturday we went to New York City. We took the ferry to Manhattan so that we could see the Statue of Liberty up close. Little H was very excited about it, especially since she just learned about the Statue of Liberty in one of her library books.
We walked from the ferry to the 9-11 Memorial. It was beautiful! I'm sure it will be even nicer once it's completed. This is Little H and J in front of the South reflection pool. The waterfall extends down about 30 feet.

The girls both loved playing Angry Birds on Grandma's kindle fire.
